The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the terms of use, procedures, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the users and Seoul Awaits (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site') regarding the services provided by the Site.

The Site provides the following services:

- Seoul subway route and path guidance

- Information related to Seoul travel (hotels, transport passes, tourist attractions, etc.)

- Affiliate service discount codes related to travel

- High-resolution subway map PDF downloads

- Other contents useful for Seoul travel

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the service:

- Using false information

- Unauthorized commercial use of the Site's information or content

- Interfering with or illegally operating the Site

- Sending or posting unauthorized information (computer programs, etc.)

- Impersonating an employee or operator of the Site

- Other activities that violate relevant laws and regulations

The Site may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or communication interruption of information and communication facilities. In addition, the Site may completely suspend currently provided services for reasons deemed appropriate, such as replacing them with new services.

All content, text, images, and source codes posted on the Site belong to the operator of the Site. Users may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or use the information obtained through the Site for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the Site, nor may they allow third parties to use it.

The Site contains affiliate links leading to third-party services such as Agoda, Hotels.com, and Klook. If a user purchases a product from the third-party service through these links, a certain commission may be paid to the Site operator. This does not incur any additional costs for the user.

Google AdSense advertisements may be placed on the Site, and the advertiser is responsible for the content of the advertisements.

The route guidance, travel time, and fare information provided on the Site are for reference only and may differ from the actual situation. Please check the official website of the transportation agency for final confirmation.

Hotel pricing and discount code information provided on the Site may change in real-time, and the Site is not responsible for any damages caused by this.

The Site is not a broker for transactions that occur on third-party sites such as Agoda, Hotels.com, or Klook, and the responsibility for the transactions lies between the third-party service and the user.

The Site may change these Terms of Service if deemed necessary, and if the Terms are changed, they will be announced on the service notice board at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
